Caddick Group PLC commissioned Goss to provide all the Terrazzo Flooring for the extensive redevelopment of the Ellesmere Shopping Centre in Walkden, Greater Manchester.
The redevelopment of the shopping centre includes a newly refurbished Tesco Extra supermarket now their largest store in Europe totalling approximately 175,000 sq ft (16,258 sqm).
